Reasons for water ring vacuum pump to trip and stop working

In the process of using the water ring vacuum pump, there will be tripping. When this happens, we have to analyze the reasons. Let's talk about this problem. Two water ring vacuum pump units are merged into a pipeline, and there is no valve installed between the two pumps. Only a one-way valve is installed at the inlet. The one-way valve cannot be completely sealed. Since the working mode adopted is one for use and one for standby, the phenomenon of pumping water from the other pump will occur when one of them works, and even the phenomenon of pumping back circulating water and atmosphere from the exhaust pipe will occur, which will also be the cause of the trip. In the process of working, if the suction from the bottom of the tank is used up each time, when the work is stopped, the suction pipe and the water ring vacuum pump unit are unblocked due to the negative pressure formed in the tank. Under the action of negative pressure, the water in the pump will be sucked into the tank. If the equipment stops working and starts the water ring vacuum pump again, a large amount of water is sucked into the pump at the bottom, which will directly cause excessive load and lead to over-current tripping. When this problem occurs, what we need to do is to analyze the cause and then solve the problem.
